Fibre weight measurement and moisture measurement without radioactive source

Physical principle:

Non-contact basis weight measurement using infrared absorption with a parallel moisture measurement.

Application range:

The use of infrared measurement technology allows the fibre weight and moisture content of light paper to be measured with sufficient accuracy. Thus, the use of a radiometric basis weight sensor is no longer necessary. Existing fillers are taken into account depending on the recipe, or can also be measured as an alternative.

The sensors require a sensor arrangement on both sides.
