Thickness measurement for thin and medium thickness papers

Physical principle:

Extremely light contact thickness measurement by means of two drag levers which create a magnetic field. The change in distance between the rocker arms produces a frequency change which is a measure of the thickness.

Field of application:

On paper webs from approx. 35 µm thickness.

The sensors require a sensor arrangement on both sides.

Special feature:

Stationary and traversing available.
